3つの活動方針 The Three C's of our society

文　　化 Ｃｕｌｔｕｒｅ	アメリカの文化と日本並びに新潟の伝統の両方を尊重する。 日本人、アメリカ人の両者がお互いの経験や成果を学びとれるように 両者が関心を持つようなプログラムを提供する。 Fostering mutual respect for American culture and the traditional culture of both Niigata and Japan. Providing programs that will allow Japanese and Americans to learn from each other´s experiences and achievements, and promote interest in each other.
コミュニケーション Ｃommunication	日米関係をめぐる情報の拠点として機能するとともに 日米二国間の懸案事項を討議するためのフォーラムとして機能する。 Functioning as a forum for discussing various issues relating to the U.S. and Japan, as well as being an information hub with regard to U.S. - Japan relations.
協　　力 Ｃooperation	交友の場を提供し、日本人とアメリカ人の親睦を深めるとともに 新潟とアメリカの協力関係をさらに強める。 Providing a forum for exchange and deepening the friendship between the Japanese and American peoples, in addition to further strengthening the cooperative relationship between Niigata and Japan.
