40 YEARS OF HISTORY
| 1960年(昭和35年) | 新潟日米協会設立 会長 北村 一男 副会長 松井 敬・松田 雅一 会員 日本人１０１名 米国人２１名 事務局 古町８ 中央会館 新潟アメリカ文化センター内に置く 日米修好100年記念行事も開催される |
1962年(昭和37年) |
駐日米国大使ライシャワー夫妻来港 |
1966年(昭和41年) |
北村、塚田会長の後をつぎ、亘 四郎氏、三代目会長に就任 |
1967年(昭和42年) |
新潟開港100年 日米協会50年記念式典・新潟日米協会８周年記念 全国に20の日米協会が組織される |
1970年(昭和45年) |
創立10周年 米国大使館特別補佐官をむかえ記念講演 個人会員287名 団体会員13名 米国人会員21名 名誉会員７名となる |
1974年(昭和49年) |
君 健男氏、四代目会長に就任 |
